Born 1944 and raised on a small farm in central Illinois.  Married 1971 to Kitty.  Came to Fairbanks, Alaska October 1973 and never left.

State of Alaska: Construction Field Engineer - 17 years, Specialization: Airport construction, contract construction claims - adjudication and resolution. DOT: Maintenance and Operations 9 years Northern Region Administration Chief, currently under contract as programmer and budget consultant.
